CampFiber is back!

After last year's succesful inaugural event, we're going to have a smaller CampFiber next Thursday July 16th from 5-7pm.

The event will start at 5 with a BYOB happy hour, then the official discussions will begin at 5:30.

A rough agenda is as follows:

5 - Happy Hour

5:30 - Welcome

5:35 - Show and tell (who's been working on cool stuff?)

6 - LUSFiber Update (should have an LUS representative there)

6:15 - LUSFiber Taskforce discussion

6:45 - Plans moving forward

As in a BarCamp, this schedule's subject to change based on the interests of the participants.

If you have something you want to show off or discuss, simply email me and come prepared to talk. We'll have a computer/projector with lots of bandwidth available for you to use.

The LUSFiber Taskforce mentioned above will be an official entity to organize the efforts of local developers and innovators, and provide a more official means of asking questions of and giving suggestions to LUS about LUSFiber.

Then afterwards those of us who want to keep the party going will head out from the Travis Center in search of food, drink, and good times.

I look forward to seeing you all there!
